At Aspirant House, we want every student and parent to feel completely comfortable and satisfied with their 1:1 mentorship experience.

1. 100% Free Demo Session

Our initial 45-minute diagnostic and roadmap session is completely free with zero financial obligation. Students and parents can experience our guidance model before choosing to enroll in any program.

2. Pro-Rata Cancellation for Mentorship Programs

If a student decides to discontinue a multi-month mentorship program, unused sessions can be cancelled with a pro-rata refund for the unutilized period, minus any administrative processing fees.

3. Mentor Re-Matching Guarantee

If a student feels that their assigned mentor's communication style or pace is not a perfect fit, we provide free mentor re-matching at any stage of the program.

4. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund inquiry, please email [email protected] with your registered phone number and reason for cancellation. Requests are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
